I also checked the building using the Building Spawn Points mod and saw the entrance was located on the front middle of the building. Although from what I understand about how parking in the game works, this shouldn't matter anyway? I have it placed facing the street at the front right now. Also the area around it is pretty built up in this instance and there are parked cars all over the street. I noticed in one of your screenshots it has a driveway accessing the parking aisle from the side, but again I am not sure this should make a difference as far as my issue goes.
I see that there's kinda 2 ways. Making a District Style by just opening the Content Manager and clicking on "Styles" and you can use that UI to create a style with all your fabulous work in it and 1-click publish to the Steam Workshop.
Making a Building Theme can most easily be done using the "Building Themes Per District" mod which also has an interface for creating Building Themes. They cannot be shared on the workshop though.
I only have one request if you do make a District Style to publish. And that is please for the love of all that is good in the world... Make a thumbnail. I hate having to install a whole theme to have any clue what it's gonna look like. Thanks again. I hope this helps answer the question.
