No, no code from github is needed. I jsent that because it's like a mini FAQ for this gamemode and the highlighted section.

As long as you have the gamemode downloaded from the workshop and start a Multiplayer server (P2P or Local Server) or dedicated you can play golf.

Once you've loaded into Garry's mod click the gamemode name on the bottom right. It will say "Sandbox" when you first open but select "Minigolf".

Next click start new game, go to the map section labeled "Minigolf" and there should be at least one map there.

Click the one you like, then click the single player button on the top right side of your screen and change it to 2 players.

The tick rate of the ball only works on multiplayer servers so even if you play alone you will need to do this.

how do i use the golf gamemide?

I put the gamemode addon in my minigolf collection right below the subscribe button, but you can also find it by searching "minigolf" on the gmod workshop. The thumbnail is a windmill with a traffic cone on it and a minigolf logo bottom right.

Never know, new Entries may be added to the workshop Overtime by New mappers. I'm confident that there will be more courses made in the future.

I love it, I wish there were more golf maps than just the select few currently on the workshop.
