press ESC, click spawn in the bar thats down there on your screen, then go to cars and click destructible SUV (i think, dont remember)

also, update: yes, he deleted it because of the old and buggy code, he is remaking the whole mod, so expect to see it in a bit, itll take some time cuz it is a big mod, so give him time.
