There is an error with the "ownership tile" calculation, in that a 2-way tie for majority results in the 3rd great power receiving 1 point for majority. As per the manual: "If two nations are tied for first, they both receive a majority bonus of 2 and the third place nation receives nothing."

Regardless, in multiplayer there wouldn't be enough to deal everyone 2 careers so only 1 is dealt. I suppose I could change this for solo play and 2-player but I'll probably stick with rules-as-written. If people still want 2 careers, either save a copy of the career deck to your saved objects or copy-and-paste the career deck before setting up so you can draw your own careers after setup.
I have a question, though. Is it just me or is the Jean automa setup not complete? In my case there are no disks placed on Jean's board and there are no influence markers for Jean placed on the board.
