I'm waiting to see what the future holds for SoC before I implement any upgrade to this mod to accommodate that DLC, but I will keep that suggestion in mind.

What do you think about gemstone resources give bonus to Jade and Jet lions? Both Miao Ying and Zhao Ming start near a province with it after all.

oh this is excellent. I have just started a new cathay campaign and noticed that pottery and marble resources and such don't really do anything. A nice addition, thank you.

Hi, would you consider updating something special for the Fur resource building. That building has no additional bonuses and it's in a Cathay province.

Maybe something like missile resistance??? (that's what HE have on all white lion units)

Maybe you find something more inspiring in other races, that give global bonuses?

The Mod from @NicolasCageMLG changes to much for me, and doesn't make complete sense (like Wood resource building buffing all missile units, instead of just Bows & Crossbows)

That was one of my main complaint when I first played the faction. It was so awesome to see all the faction flavour texts in game 1 and 2 when building resource buildings, but CA loves to corner cut as much as possible, so this awesome feature was also lost in the transition to game 3... :steamsad:

The effects are also really well balanced! Not to strong, but also strong enough to be interesting and making you play around them! Great job!

This mod is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

Yep, this one only effect Cathay. I'm working on ones for other factions (I've done one for Khorne), and I may do a compilation of them all when I am finished.

You used to get these type of buildings with other races like the lizardmen, i have no idea why this is not applicable to Cathay in base game. This mod only affects Cathay right?

I have not extensively tested it in IE, but it is a simple mod, and <should> work in IE as well as it does in RoC. Let me know if there are any issues.

This is really brilliant as trade ressources have always seemed lackluster in warhammer games. I would love to see ressources required for high tier units/buildings/tech as we see in some Rome 2 mods and also offering small balanced/realistic buffs like these. Keep up the good work, your on to a truly good mod here.

Sorry about that. I was away on vacation. It should be updated now. As for my other plans, the Khorne version is almost done, the main stumbling block has been re-writing the flavour text on almost all the resource buildings, but I am getting there.

I am working on one for Chaos ATM. Khorne to start with. However it is proving to be a bit more challenging, as the resource buildings for Chaos are just plan weird.

Nice work. I like the concept a lot. This might be worth recommending to the SFO team lead by Venris. I will always use SFO, but I like anything that can enhance the gaming experience. And you have done that for sure. Enjoy the award. You deserve it.

Thanks for the mod. But i think there is a bug with the Pastures. The last tier seems to increase the rank of crane gunners and iron hail gunner by 2 instead of the cavalry.

Great mod! But you should also do the ivory and wood as well! Ivory is a new ressource type in game 3 which is interesting.

-Wood for ranged units? (crossbows and peasants bows)
-Ivory for Astromancers?
-Maybe one for the infantry (iron or marble maybe).

Great stuff overall!
