Also noticed on my server I do not have any of .vtf files you reference in the plugin like" r_screenoverlay thirdperson/crosshair/dot/red_large.vtf"...so maybe I am missing something
On latest version of sm
Do I need to compile something else or am I missing other workshop items in order to be able to choose the larger crosshairs?
even tho all i want is like local play with bots in 3rd person? jesus who wouldve thought all these things would be so complicated.
reason why im struggling so much with all of these is cuz im a console player im not very tech savy with all these computer things its why i struggle with the source and meta notepad things idk where to install them or how to, the commands below was easy cuz i just typed them in the console on the game, but yeah it worked yesterday i got on today and everything i did yesterday was gone which i dont understand and now its something about a server?
the meta and source all i think they say is put them in a mod folder in insurgency directory for offline play????
it honestly confuses me.
3rd person now starts me in 1st person and when i switch to 3rd person its the far one and when i put the command below in the command nothing happens, so what changed and how to fix? :(
sv_thirdperson 1
r_screenoverlay thirdperson/crosshair/dot/blue_medium.vtf
and if i click on the description it takes me to like a notepad thing and i dont know what to do with that, and being subed to this also doesnt apparently do anything, any help with this would be highly appreciated.
