Mhrbnbngs, e_npc is short for enemy NPC, aka ones who attack you. F_npcs are friendly ones who won't attack.

Bone-mergeable, with many submaterials and bodygroups to play around with. The blue plaid texture on the female hoodie as seen in the screenshot is not possible without PAC3 or some other material editing tool.
