That being said, I can only see Cossacks under the expansion section, not under content section in the DLC part of the launcher

There doesn't appear to be a separate DLC for Cossacks content vs Cossacks expansion

This is wigging out for me, shows as default lvl1 western europe sprites for the entire game, same thing for the spartans, kykladians and albanians

I've got Cossacks on, so I'm not sure exactly what's causing it

Do you have the The Cossacks Content Pack enabled? The one with unit models, not ingame content.

The units graphics are bugged. Without this mod, everything is normal. With this mod, the byz/rho units are missing entirely from the map, with only a spear laying on the ground on the battle aftermath screen.

is there a mod with these units but for vanilla byzantium? I really liked the design when playing Odyssey and other unit mods simply dont cut it.

IS there a version without the shield for tier 1 troops, as the units move on my screen it keeps switching between 2 and 3 D

The Spear does not appear in the unit model.
