Thanks for the suggestion @HMueller I could but it would only be for the Yin / Yang casters as the game makes no difference between the magistrate and think it's their random trait that determines which harmony they give the faction.

how about genneric lords/heroes?

There's nothing buffed the screenshots are to show the "Battle Harmony Yin/Yang" effect on the respective lords which they do not get in vanilla. It allows the legendary lords to grant harmony bonuses to their army.

The screenshots are not exactly clear...how much is buffed and what areas?
