Having the same problem as everyone else with the new update.
The first material you absorb with the pen is the only one that gets used, and it's always full capacity.

The magic pencil seems to be broken. It wont empty itself anymore and once its at 100% full it will no longer erase stuff. and the last material it erases will be the only material it spawns.

The pencils are extremely laggy, especially if there are multiple of them in a single wand
i really like the idea but its not worth having half the fps.

Yeah I guess that is just a thing that happens because of how many spells there are in the game.

Yeah, there is, so that's what I eventually did. Would've been nice to actually see the mod's content in the wild somewhere in the 30+ runs I've played since installing it, though. The magic pen spell is a really cool and well-implemented idea, but it just seems to be unreasonably rare for no apparent reason.

@aymalkin, You can spawn them in manually. There is a mod called cheatgui for that.

Lol, yeah, because getting lucky with the RNG is a "skill." Lady, I don't care that you don't want to change the mod, it's not like I can make or even just spawn the spells in manually if I want to. At least don't be completely full of ♥♥♥♥ about it, though.

I have not found a single one of these ever in multiple runs. They should either be more common or fixed spawns.
