kislev garrison fix t4

Are you planning to support the mod in part 3? And after the release of the SFO?

Kislev also seems to be missing garrison at tier 4

I used this mod and the mod below and result:
-After upgrading the minor settlement to T4, all the garison for the walls and main building got erase.
-Only garison for the other buildings remained
-From 18 garison units to 1 basically

having same issue with vampire coast only going up to tier 3 on minor settlements

I'd really like to support other factions

Could you make this mod include Chaos Dwarf Faction? Currently does not effect their settlements.

Also i don't think norsca really needs tier 4 settlements since most of their buildings are at tier 3 or a building that shouldn't be built several times in one province. Maybe giving them a buff at tier 3 or slightly better garrison would be more useful.

Ok so the tier 4 settlement for norsca is completely empty except garrison units. This was in winter pyre so just a small norscan settlement

I'll check real quick if you've fixed norsca,

@TorgueUser - For Norsca outposts Lzd was fine, went from 100 - 125.
I did spot an error for Norsca outposts for Skv and Grn, so they're both now fixed.

@Ashram - Think I have fixed Norsca's normal settlements for Tier 4. They should now (hopefully, haven't tested) have unit caps, growth, income, and public order all sorted.

Turns out it might just be lizardmen tier 4 that has the income thing when coastal

Coastal settlements have the same income at tier 3 and 4. They also have very similar cost but that might cause issues if changed.

A theory about the norscan issue, it might be because they're unable to get above tier 3 in most settlements outside of norsca. If this is hardcoded into the game then giving norsca a small buff would work even if it's not a perfect fix

Bretonia should now be fixed.
Still can't get to the bottom of the Norsca issue, seems to be a couple of different settlement types and I don't have the DLC so can't test in game.

Do i need to remove the unit caps from the outposts and ensure its just on the Large Norse Village?

Aight I've kinda messed up there it's Wulfrik's horde buildings Viking Expedition/Invasion fleet that give the cap per minor norscan settlement. So that needs to recognize Large Norse Village for this to work.

@Ashram - I've updated the mod. It should include the unit cap, as I don't have Norsca can you let me know if it works?

@Anarky - Never used the Tier 4 walls, bit i shall have a look and get back to you.

For Wulfrik it's Norscan Ulfhednar or just Ulfhednar, T3 Minor settlements give 1 cap so I'd suggest keeping it or raising it to 2.

@Ashram - I have never played Norsca. If you give me the details of the unit and what the unit cap should be, I'll have a go at sorting it.

I'm glad you've updated this, but I'm assuming that T4 still doesn't add Ulfed- Ultfe- whatever unit cap for Norsca, right?
