Kept teleporter way more than 10 cells away, still happening so i've grabbed another log for you. Hope it helps!
i noticed something is messing with my settings on bills anyways as everything has a 0 range for resources anyways, but that's not this mod's fault

the haul teleport does not work properly it appears

if i build it in the medical room, do the implant and medkit will be teleported ?
What am i doing wrong or maybe need to configure?
Also i got a bunch of hauling mods installed, do they interfer(compatibility?) or make themselves obsolete?
