I think that you need install RICO and set the config, check that MOD, if you shouldn't set the building as historic, so you don't have to do it one by one, RICO almost certainly does

Thanks, but I have both installed already - I use find it to find the dealership and place it roadside. It starts growing, then disappears! That's the issue, other buildings remove the Ferrari building and start growing themselves.

I have also tried growing it somewhere else and moving it to where I want it - but again it immediately disappears.

Find It! mod, with that mode you can place everything by hand, and obviously Move It! so you can put it where you want

If you play without mods that will always happen, so that it is not replaced you have to use some mod

I may be missing something, but how to I keep this in my city? I set a block of low density commercial area (light blue) and then add this. It appears, grows and stays for a short while then another generic LDC building replaces it. Am i doing something wrong? I just can't make it stay where I want it! Thanks.
