i know its been a while since this has been touched, but what is the code to open the private rooms and office in the nightclub. mobster only gets you on ground level

Well done, i would suggest you however to change the road textures with more fitting american ones and a bit darker, and with double yellow mid lines.
And work more the cities, differentiate sub-urban from main city center and rural areas.
