From other modders input, is sounds like the Grenadiers were a launch unit that got cut. They've had partial files in-game since the beginning.

Alright, updated this to include Grenadiers and make jade and celestial warrior units male. Get this: the Nan-Gau Grenadiers unit ALREADY had male voice actor lines specifically for them in the game files. I'm not sure how or why that would be, but they have a fully functional male VO like the other two units did.

What's broken on it? I've used it in the past but don't play WH3 much recently .If the repairs are reasonable I'd be okay re-uploading a version. I'll try to reach the mod maker.

Yes, this does overwrite the land units and main units tables. This is needed for the voice changes. I'll make sure those otherwise still have vanilla values, for overhauls, those tables should be last priority so you should get the overhaul's stat line with female voices.

This appears to be more than a reskin because it seems to contain files that alter the unit stats. I'm assuming the stats are vanilla values, in which case they don't change unmodded values, but those could undo changes from a mod that changes those values.

I did notice that especially the old "cannon" key for UI Unit Group Land, like you mentioned, had been changed. It fucked over a personal mod that had slipped my notice my campaign a bit. Thanks for telling me!

That I did :) Main_units table was considered outdated, so I just simply updated it on my own mods.

Then again, I might have been on a safe zone with the few unit mods I have. So maybe I was just lucky lol

The procedure that works for most issues is: 1) update WH3 AND assembly kit, 2) open mod and regenerate dependencies cache, 3) close mod and reopen to see updated key errors.

in main-units, it was UI Unit Group Land that had issues.

@Billions Must Try Yes, the voice audio files were sitting in the game files. Going by the files on initial release, it looked like CA pivoted to Nan-gau warriors, celestial guard, and Kislev's kossars (both armored and normal) being either mixed, or all-female relatively late into development.

If I get a chance I will get this updated. Due to some personal life issues I am largely done with modding for a while, so if any Cathay fan modder would like to adopt and re-upload this mod to keep it up to date they are welcome to do so. Just let me know you would like to do so.
