This seems like a good candidate for my Prop Hunt server, if you want, I could possibly help remove the CS:S dependency.

You can find Counter-Strike: Source on the Steam Store, just on the upper left of your screen. It does, cost some money though, so you'll have to pay for it.

when i downloaded this all i saw was missing textures and errors am i missing something?

This is most likely because you don't have Counter-Strike: Source, or it isn't configured properly.

Having trouble making it work; there's a lot of purple/black checkers and big red ERROR models everywhere.

This map has the original amount of player spawns, the same amount as the original cs_office.
