@Veni Are you using any other mods? as mine doesn't modify government reforms.
Especially Europa Expanded, that one is out of date and causes major problems right now

Interesting. When I have this mod enabled it definitely is disabling viewing most government reforms that aren't monarchies. I will keep checking.

@Vans Von Kieselstein I can, but the more I edit less compatibility it'll have with other mods as it might override stuff they add, if you're still interested I could make a separate mod with those changes.

Can you make it so all ideas and government types can be picked regardless of requirment?
