Update.
It seems that I had it spawned on my Host Havoc server. So I was able to recover it.
Well that and several ships I have rebuilt / remodeled.

I had rebuilt this station once, but did not save it to public and lost it when I uninstalled Empyrion, until I put in a larger hard drive.
Now I can download it again, and remodel it all over again.
