I like the mod, I hope it still works. I haven't been in the game for a long time and wanted to start a new one.

I think a cost of 1 uranium to build is fine, you r civ should have access to it in order to construct the reactor that powers the sub. But the maintenance fee should just be the regular 8 gold per turn (the whole point of nuclear fuel is that it last a long time without replenishing).

Another slight change I'm interested in due to GS changes is adding back oil to the cost of an aircraft carrier, and also making it have an oil maintenance cost.

@maru There are probably some limitations, but you can basically change the resource maintenance and one time fee values to whatever you want. How much uranium would you like it to cost? I could take a look at it and upload it as a standalone mod if you are interested.

Is it possible to disable the per turn cost, and have only the cost to produce?

I would only use this is GDRs costed 1 uranium maintenance instead of 3
