Would it be too much work for you to make one of these for around level 15? I used one like that in WH 2 and that was just right for me.

I'm not sure whether it's any other mod interfering, but this does not work for me when playing as Nakai.

any chance there is one that would start legendary lords at 39-50 ik there was some for total war warhammer 2 and would love to stick to just this one mod that has helped jumpstart campaigns'

This will apply only to newly player's recruited lord and heroes as this is just a buff applied when manually spawning the unit.
I'm not good enough to do it via scripting which would be necessary for already spawned units unfortunately :(
