@jmac weapons can be changed using the "WeaponSets" mod. The main thing is not to forget about the cartridges, otherwise it’s not a good idea to have one clip.

after digging around for a bit, it seems for whatever reason the latest version of gmod doesn't load a gma file if it contains txt files (which are needed for custom workshop gamemodes to run)

there's nothing i can do about this so you'll have to wait for an update that fixes it

@wget it says the addon fails to parse. It seems gmod had a update about text files being made or something. I know it has affected the murder game modes as well as those are also unable to be played.

i just tested it out for a bit and it still seems to work, what other addons do you have enabled? try to disable any non-playermodel, non-map, and gamemode-specific addons
(that means disable anything sandbox-specific, anything gamemode-agnostic is fine like damage numbers for example)

i think it had to do with custom loadouts, my friend had a preset and he didnt spawn with the shotgun

if it's not working there's probably conflicts with some other addon, try running this gamemode as the only enabled addon first to see if it works

@jane I was not still in sandbox. Took the screanhack gamemode, played on a TTT map, could not see the shotgun, but can shoot it and I can only see my screen.

this doesn't work, actually teach us how to use it instead of just replying to stuff about bots and weapon switching. if people have complained about it not working, help them solve it.
