Not sure how to theme this, but I recently had the idea of a sort of "lesser Death Certificate" consumable which, when used, would teleport the player into a smaller instanced floor that lets the player choose one of any of the trinkets in the game rather than one of any item. Feel free to pass the idea along if you feel like someone else might be up to it.

Ngl, his tear affect should be made into an item. Like while shooting, they have a chance to be summoned around Isaac and shoot to the nearest enemy. That sounds pretty cool.

A similar buff I'd love to see is for Hushy. Specifically, I think it should transform tears into Continuum shots when they cross them, like a unique spin on Multidimensional Baby. Plus it pays homage to Hush's attack.

Not sure if you would be keen on making a mod for it, or if it's even doable within the API, but I'd be thrilled if you did!

Honestely, having Succubus Aura in place would be a kickass buff towards it.

i once picked up king baby cuz i fought it would keep the succubus aura in place. it did not. would love to see that added in here if possable

Pretty good idea overall, glad someone decided to make something like this. I was thinking of a similar idea a while back, making King Baby shoot like Demon Baby (but with a slower fire rate) all the time in addition to their current effects.
