Which map packs do I need to be able to play this? It's not showing up on my map list, and I already rebooted the game.

With Kandy, Sinbad, and Reliquaries you can get a culture victory very early because of how many natural wonders there are. (Turn 59 on Prince, and probably even faster with Sweden)

@floppa Kahoolawe was forested before cattle was introduced to the island and the bombing that followed. There are stories of a nearly permanent cloud that sat on top of the island that ran across the channel and settled upon upper Kula, Maui. Kahoolawe now is very different. Viewing is this way the mod can be considered accurate.

@WyoGuy: Did you restart your map after you set it up? Restarting a YnAMP map skips the river placement process, so you should always create a new game from the main menu rather than pressing the restart button in a game.

Well done! This is such an awesome map. One thing though: I don't have any rivers on it like the screenshots. Any idea why that might be?

@floppa: That's been changed on this mod's day of release. I just haven't updated the screenshots.

I'd say Kaho'olawe is way, way more deserty irl than on this map. Like the whole thing would just be desert tiles (its low elevation means like no rain falls there). Though it isn't a big deal; really good map!

@colbycronin: As mentioned in the description above, resources are randomly generated.

In any case there should be enough of each strategic resources for each civ if you follow the recommended number of civs above (4-6 civs) for this Standard-sized map dominated by water tiles. In fact I just tested three different map seeds with this map and all of them have the expected number of strategic resources.

You may try creating a new game with a different game/map seed if the problem persists.
