You can't just go by the date of a mod, or whether the Mod Manager reports a mod is "out of date" to know whether it still works.

If the game has databases A through Z, and a mod only changes database B, but a recent update only changed stuff stored in database C, then the mod will likely still be fine, even though the Mod Manager tells you it's "out of date".

赵大，能不能让AI事务官更倾向进入军队？而不是像一窝蜂一样聚在某一座城周围，那样看着实在太蠢了。另外，我在更新3.0版本后，玩木精灵，AI仍然不断刺杀我的事务官，甚至一回合就刺杀了我主队里的两名事务官，这真的很烦人

will they still sometimes enter your territories? Its a bit much in vanilla when you have like 4 or 5 outside a city or army but non is an over corrections i feel

粗暴降低事务官成功率可不是好办法，不然自己用事务官就抓瞎了。应当强化事务官等级对成功率的影响。
