Found a small issue - when this Badge is used by any online player that also uses my Online Party Cosmetics Sync mod, the music pitch changes as if local player has it equipped. This happens because my mod actually spawns Badge Actor and makes online player its Owner. Maybe you can make it so these effects would only trigger if Owner or Instigator is Hat_Player (or Pawn)?

you cant go into doors with the badge on (doors kinda break when their mesh scale is messed with)
