I'll try to update this if I can, I'm currently resting of covid-19 here.

Several of the monitors and other places can easily be jumped up upon causing npcs to struggle to pathfind if a player is hiding in those areas. This has become an issue as people are capable to effectively hold rounds hostage on a public server if they so wish by abusing these spots.

Would you be willing to try to clip off these areas? its mostly any kind of elevated area without a direct flat access to it, unless it is super close to the ground and super thin(so a tiny short ledge is usually fine).
