This is ChoGGi's official library mod.

I knew it! I was feeling like something was missing from my old mod list, now i know why...

I honestly loved setting up those diamond domes in a 4x5/5x4 grid layout and using 2 large triangle corners on each dome to connect everything and have dedicated housing, education, production, mining, and needs domes so that everyone can access everything and you save a ton of resources and space by needing a couple less mega malls or similar because they can be fully utilized instead of having like 12 capacity per dome when only 9 or so are needed and the last 3 slots are basically wasted.

I finally found it. It was under "ChoGGi_2"

The game says I need Choggi's Libary for this.. yet I can't find that anywhere in the workshop or on Paradox

Sadly I can't build them. I select the spot, it shows the construction site and as soon als i disable bulding mode it vanishes

The mod is not visible in the Mod Manager on Epic Store

I can't build them. The mod shows up as disabled because it's incompatible.

Is this available in old saved games or just in new games? Thanks.

Mind uploading a log (of a map with a teleporter or two)?

This one has stopped working since I installed Martian Express. I've used dome teleporters so much I barely know how to build on Mars without them.
