@Lynnh I can double check that but if I recall correctly I did implement checks in the code to ensure it doesn’t throw anymore errors

I think I just figured out why this mod doesn't work sometimes, it's could be because the player doesn't have the secondary weapon.

slight feedback: for some reason it has a very heavy preference for spawning you in aircraft, this can become annoying when you want to get back in the fight. very good mutator though

I have just tested extensively and have not gotten any errors anymore since the last public update of this mod, for those still reporting bugs are you sure you aren't using any other mods that could be conflicting possibly

Alright, I’ll look into the issue rather soon but because the developer is actively updating EA27 beta version, I expect he will be breaking several existing workshop mutators

Did the recent update break this? When I possess a teammate I don't have their weapons. I've tested it with just vanilla + just this mod and still have the issue

whenever I die, I'll always possess a bot in an airplane every time, which destroys the airplane and then prevents me from using my mouse. I don't know if this is somehow an issue on my end or a problem with the mod.

It does effectively turn me into a spectator that can use squad orders though. I found out that it doesn't actually waste the person I'm possessing (I guess?) because the ravens don't see/target me, and I don't need to die for permadeath to forcefully end the game

Using this in conjunction with the Permadeath mutator. When I possess someone I can't use anything in their loadout or switch, I can just walk around

@Touku just updated the commission from the new tools and got the errors fixed that were appearing for someone else, hopefully it's all good now

I see that it isn't working for a lot of people, I'll attempt a re-upload of this mod from the newer version of the unity modding tools. Let me know if it works after today

for me, it doesnt work, it would zoom to the next bot but wont let me control it, it would just follow it around.

would it be possible that i only possess bots when i like press something while in the respawn screen, cause sometimes i do like going back to spawn for awhile or just changing my weapons in the respawn menu

dont know if anyone else is experiencing this but;

whenever I switching weapons, and get transferred to another bot, I can't use any tools until I die again.

@kiwi respawning from plane can be problematic sometimes, doesnt feel like a normal respawn when you take over as such works great in large battles.
