Do not use as a base. If you build anything onto the outside platforms it will collapse on itself and you will lose everything in the storage boxes.

thanks everyone. @thick, there are no supports for the poi to the seabed. it will spawn on top of the water .the poi's ground offset setting is set to -13.1.
