Could you please add all the props to the collection and enable selecting them all?

Normal residential zoning. It's a level 2 high density residential, so it'll have to upgrade from a level 1 on the same lot size, and the way zoned lots work, it can grow on a 4x3 or 4x4

Is it enough that I do 4x3 zooning or do I have to put a particular district?
