yep! they are called mansards. someone else released mansard townhouses too recently, which match very well!

Ha! I didn't know there was an architectural term for the style, but we've got variations on it all over the older parts of town. Got a larger apartment using this style coming out next.

Hallelujah, some generic mansard roof buildings for American 'burbs. These are everywhere and there aren't many good assets for them.
