This vehicle works beautifully in SP! Great mod and a great concept too, I miss Ice Cream Trucks, I don't see them around no more :( .

Trucks in my game (B41) are now showing up wonky and seem to be missing parts. Was working fine. Has this been updated recently with the Tsar B42 requirement? Think that might be the issue. Swapped to the refrigerated version (without the TsarB42 requirement) and they're showing up fine.

can this run on build 41? or do I need to get the other one?

does it support standard vehicle upgrade 3 (b42) ?

The trunk is labeled freezer, but it only refrigerates and doesn't freeze

Hi! Are you planning on expanding on this? I would love to have a "regular" refrigerated truck in game, rolling around with an ice cream truck is kinda weird. Would you consider it?

at the time i was mass answering questions. i apologize if you think i was saying that. just i've had to tell MANY people to only run one version. I did look at it afterwards and saw that you were right.. I used your information to fix it. and i thank you for the info.

@Skizot I'm confused, you accused me of user error and then subsequently fixed the bug I reported minutes later...

I only had this version of the mod on my server. And looking at the outdated files still on my server box it clearly has the wrong ID, which you corrected when you "updated the spawns".

@Skizot I don't know much about modding so I really appreciate your work. Do you think there's a way to mod dry ice? Keeps cool for longer and damages the player if not wearing gloves

@drift_91 you should ONLY run one version of the mod. not both.

they are actually rather common. if the area has already been visited they wouldn't be there.

@Skizot Hey, just want to let you know the reason everyone's complaining about the truck not spawning. I saw the same warning in my console.txt as Davetiger and decided to investigate. It seems that IceCreamTruckFreezeSpawnList.lua is using the vehicle ID from the other version of the mod. I'm guessing you copied the file and forgot to change it, as I do that myself all the time.

You'd need to make a custom interior mod specifically for the ice cream truck, if you're interested.

I'm not getting this to spawn do you have to use the refrigerated version to have the frozen version work? it's not listed as prereq but I wanted the freezer version and not the refrigerated version so loaded only this one

no idea really. didn't know there was a trailer mod. i would doubt it though.

Does this work with walk in-trailers? The mod that lets you inside of some vehicles

like most car mods no, but you will only find it in places that cars have not yet spawned

@Skizot: May I implement your freezer code into my Ice Cream mod? I have a ice cream truck as part of it and I would like to add the freezer functionality to it. If not, that's totally fine.

I am unsure as to why the freezer will only work in ONE vehicle. it's very weird. if you have multiple ice cream trucks only the last one you got in and started will freeze,

Sweet mod but the freezer storage is still not working in MP as of today, it just acts as a regular fridge. Will it ever be fixed by chance? I was going to praise the usefulness of this van when moving bases if it worked as intended >.<

:/ can the spawn rate just be made into a sandbox option at this point. Now that they've been decreased, literally can't find one at all, even at the mall. I think the people who are running into too many spawns are literally using no other vehicle mods. Running KI5 vehicles + a select few IBRUS vehicles; I can run into garbage trucks but not the ice cream trucks at all.

Sorry for the wall of text, love your work but these are basically nonexistent now. Made a few worlds and went straight to the mall and could not find a single one. I would find 1~3 of your other vehicles, but not the ice cream truck.

Truck not freezing anymore, and battery die too fast. Standart truck working fine.
