including some medicine or something that makes traitors still able to speak

Husked players, not player husks. Major difference. I'll potentially look into making creatures be able to speak, but I'm not sure exactly where to start on that.

Nope, mod works. I just tested it, players and NPCs can talk right up until they fall over for the final transition.

I put it last on my load order and it didn't manage to fix the mod, players still cannot hear husked players

This should be loaded after *anything* that alters husk infection.

Is there a bug with this mod or a certain place where the mod should be in load order? it doesn't seem to work, as in other players can't hear me whatsoever when i'm a husk

I thought that was also part of basegame. I can maybe make a separate mod for it to be used alongside this one, allowing people the option of both.
