I guess the mod is now broken, due to most recent GMOD Updates.
I will see, when I can, if I am able to solve this issue.

Yes, the extended paint tool adds lots of new decals and paints, hammer blood comes in with the addon too

if you want them like in hammer then get extended paint tool
