Thank you for your bug report. It's look like this old map is unstable since some game update. This map is on his second version and the last version, mg_multigames_devine_is_french, doesn't lead to a game crash. I changed the map description to redirect people to the latest version.

I tried run it both on my dedicated server and game client, both of them crashed after loading the map with a pop up message "Engine Error: Free Addicts". Any Suggestion?

Be sure to play in casual mode. The first player who reached the metal gate have to choose a level by using his use key on a picture. Then everyone should be teleported in the selected level with the weapon corresponding. There is 2 levels with no weapons. If no level is slected after something like 1 minute, the death level is activited.
