I'd highly recommend, if you're going to put your mods in a Collection for easy subscribing etc. that you also make some sorta indicator on your mod folders and ID's like Cam & Tori do on their Collection with their mods. It's only if you wanna though, it'd just help for people who gather mods in their mod list by Collection (aka Me)
