It has positive points. I can see that its well made, fits into a visual archetype for Demoman, and overall adheres to the game's artstyle but come on man... it's a literal tower model with the ground cobblestones formed into the vague shape of a hat-brim.
It's silly yeah, there's nothing wrong with that, but this things falls dead center into a visual gimmick. It's just a shrunk down diorama. The only way it can evolve into something legitimately interesting is maybe if it has some unusual effect but I don't think cosmetics should rely on visual effects.
The only advice I could honestly give is to just turn the silly diorama aspects up to eleven or something. Like maybe have the mini props bounce around when demo jumps or have options to show damage to the diorama and maybe have larger banners that flow in the wind.
