Just tested and works fine. As a general rule a mod made in 1.5.1 is gonna work fine in 1.5.1.1
Whether or not a mod is broken by an update depends on whether or not the things it interacts with were messed with by the update, for example non-updated culture mods made in 1.4 or earlier probably won't work whereas Men of Talent is approaching 2 years since its last update but works perfectly because decisions haven't been changed.
This mod doesn't perfectly nestle in with Men of Talent there because dynasties and dynasty legacies are something the Paradox team might overhaul if they ever feel like it.

^ this is blank, i think you intend to have a 2 there.
The main character is so pitiable to be disgusting in a lot of ways, and the early parts of the show do no favors to his personality which can be and is the main deal breaker for most that drop the show.
On the Positive side Story is however good, and it's portrayal in animation is some of the best out there. It is also incredibly beautiful from an aesthetic and graphical standpoint if that's your thing.
