Speaking of which, this mod uses cells 25x16 to 30x24 (48 cells). Conflicts with Dirkerdam, Coryordon, Laconia, Laconia Expansion, Greenport and Rabbit Hash - possibly more, but those are the ones I know for sure.
Takes all of 5 or 10 minutes out of your day and you get a sense of accomplishment, having done it all by your self!
in order to set the dependencies to those tile packs, copy and paste this line into your mod text file

One thing I would suggest though is to add some kind of wall around the north/east edge of the map, as accidentally sailing into the end of edge of the world with a boat will cause them to get stuck and then lost.
I tried placing down walls/objects but the boat has no collision with them but it seems to not ignore land masses.

"how to implement it" - I looked at AuthenticZ files and I *think* it has something to do with Zombie zones.
If you use that mod, you can look at the zones and the zone definitions files.
It seems like the authors Peach and Chickson has set an area of the map as a zone and defined specific zombies w/ specific spawn rates within that zone.
I can write the exact path and filename if you need.

Some suggestions for the on-going updates & development:
- The abandoned boats don't have anything in the shipping containers
- The boats need ladders that extend up the sides or it seems like the only to get onto them is by building a bridge and sledging your way in (though you might need the Ladders!? mod then)
- Maybe a small pre-built bridge at least for the boat @ the Kentucky port?
- I liked the Zombie in the captain's room with the key for the ship that opens up the shipping containers too but he needed a captain's uniform and a more crew members & zambis
