Yeah I use both Gimp and .vtf with mine. I shall test this and come back I never selected the no minimap or level of detail options.

simply tick Clamp S, Clamp T, Anisotropic, no mipmap, no level of detail. Done

if you somehow know how to use the setting of the .vtf file, i mean the setting menu/list on the left side.

How did you get the images to be HD? When I import my own sprays VTF or not they almost never come out looking good and are always fuzzy.
