You probably just have to restart the game. Stalin. 2 E. Boogaloo. Usually when you have any kind of replacer mod uninstalled, you have to restart. Since the game needs to reset stuff to default.

i unsubscribed from this mod and it broke the default hl2 smg with it being invisble but still using this things animations. any suggested fixes?

Its a great idea to make more TF2 replacements but its your choice if you dont want to do it.
