'campaign_progression_level_details' is a data table inside of the packed version of the game, you can't edit it directly unless you download some modding tools.

If this mod doesn't work, it's likely because another mod also edits that table, and one is getting overridden.

@做梦：迁都费和差事上限这两个数字都在campaign_progression_level_detail表同一行存的；所以目前没法让这两个MOD通用。如果你想某一轮免费的移都城，可以先关掉这个MOD，然后才开另一个。
