It's probably something related to the order of which mods are loaded and which has priority, I don't think Library of Ruina has anything that tells you which one gets priority. So maybe it could be that.

but, when i uninstall for 2 days and install it again, somehow it fixed by it self and idk how.

I uh... could you rephrase that? Do you mean 3 mods simultaneously tried to synchronize, or do you mean that all 3 mods you tried break with it?

Also, which mods? Some mods have odd implementation and I can look into that.

i just got triggered bug which make all other mods not working unless 3 mods with Synchronization. tried resubscribe and reinstall but didn't work.

A major bug was found in the last update, I recommend that everyone unsubscribe and then resubscribe just to be sure.
