They're the attitude sets added with the TLE dlc. You normally have to unlock them by completing TLE missions, but you can download a mod that adds them by default: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1546249761

Is that a private attitude, and if not which mod is it from?

Vegas 2 was (is) fantastic and I wish it'd get a remake. Great pack!

Thanks for that fun fact, I didn't know he did voice lines for the insurgents! I loved fem bishop lines too, if you finish it I will use it. I still play RS:V2 occasionally.

@The Guhrump I could do that, I suppose. I extracted all of the voicelines (both Bishops, Jung, Mike, terrorists, etc.) so I could go back, splice the lines and package one for Fem Bishop. However, there won't be as much content for her, since male Bishop's voice actor conveniently did 11 minutes worth of terrorist dialogue as well - a lot of which I used to enhance this voicepack.

i know you said it was a pain, so i doubt you'd go back. but i'd love to see Female bishop's voice as well

@Castial Thanks man, I'm really glad you like it! Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of Siege myself; I personally find the older Rainbow Six games more fun and charming to play.

This is awesome! Thank you! R6V 1 & 2 were in my opinion the highlight of the series in terms of gameplay, realism (Granted at the time now it's just silly fun), and story telling. My literal only complaint was shrinking the team size down to just 3 guys and being not allowed to lose teammates for a mission because of your own mistakes. The auto failure wasn't fun. Plus T Hunt was the best it's ever been. I refuse to acknowledge Siege as a R6 game.
