i'd remove the spawn on common zombies and limit it to military zeds (maintaining its original drop rate), i've found around 5 which is really op

you can use it for pain reduction, reduce the stress, fatigue but it will also reduce your thrist and hunger.
i make this because my server that have a mod that add a new mechanic to increase the nightmare stats that work really well with my mod.
