you can use it for pain reduction, reduce the stress, fatigue but it will also reduce your thrist and hunger.
i make this because my server that have a mod that add a new mechanic to increase the nightmare stats that work really well with my mod.

i make this mod for my server but it's down so i make some change here and there to balance this item
