大佬，有一个非常难受的BUG，如果一项税收中的任意一项都没有生效的话，似乎这项税收就用不了了，免税需要低税做必要前置，但低税也没有生效，大概就是死循环了，去掉免税的限制应该就行了，用的星海皇帝起源

For some reason with this mod enabled, planet icons that show habitability are always white. Double checked it one by one, it is your mod

还是不多啊，共同体信任度加个星际集会啥的很容易抵消，尤其是消费品合金这种高级资源也是20好感换25%产出）你看原版议案拉到满的话都是什么极端效果）

感觉好感降得太少了）给一个至少上缴资源百分比2倍的好感扣除差不多
凭空没了25%资源才扣20好感根本不痛不痒啊
