Bohemia is a bit more worried about stuff since a lot of people tend to steal assets from other modders and games without permission which can get them in trouble if a big company forces legal action since it is stolen assets, which has happened with certain franchises like Star Wars but they were Ok if it was made by them (Atleast depending on who saw).
Some companies don't care or pay much attention some have agreements and licenses that allow people to use their assets for mods like R6 Siege team allowed people to use their assets in various of mods such as Fallout 4 and various Modern Weapons.
