This item doesn't have enough reviews to get rated apparently, sitting at 16 right now.
It's pushing 600 subcribers though... maybe some of them will come back eventually and give it a review.
Post back here if you figure out what it is, might help other people having the same problem.

I can't seem to reproduce your bug. Added a new pic above to show. I tired a few different combinations of video settings and attachments.
I know enough to know that something very odd would have to happen to produce the error. If you get back to me with whatever graphics settings you were using I could give it another go.
On the off chance (very very low probability here) that the file got currupted, unsuscribe, delete the 277357816_sks_cadpat.* files in the insurgency directory if necessary, and then suscribe again.
Other than that I'm really not sure what the issue could be, my apologies.

Basically put the line "$selfillum 1" in the corresponding VMT file and then edit the alpha channel so that everything you don't want to "be lit up" is transparent.
