Heads up from a quick glance, I noticed this seems to be sharing the same issue that the other one was doing, aka Disabling force/power projection, and also noticed Swarm was still stating a 20% increase in "Admin cap" I hope that helps.

Calling them a thief is ridiculous lol, this happens all the time in modding communities, people take up adoption of a mod if it hasn't been updated for a while and take it down once the OG is updated or if the original author requests it. Thanks for doing this btw, it's much appreciated.
